Built for the Community
JREC is the City of Justin’s youth sports program, operated by KemperSports. The program is committed to providing a safe, well-organized, and positive experience for youth participants through age-appropriate instruction, structured competition, and community engagement.
JREC emphasizes character development, athletic growth, and sportsmanship through consistent coaching and clear program standards. Coaches are expected to teach fundamental skills, model respectful conduct, and support each participant’s development in a manner that reflects the values of the City of Justin and the program’s community-focused mission. JREC proudly serves the City of Justin and the surrounding areas.

What are we?
OUR PROGRAMS
The City of Justin, in partnership with Kemper Sports, is proud to offer Justin residents and surrounding communities a community-based sports program focused on fun, skill-building, and development.
FALL RECREATIONAL BASEBALL
Fall Recreational Baseball is for boys 5u to High school level. Early bird registration will open in May and the program will run from August through October.
FALL RECREATIONAL SOFTBALL
Fall Recreational Softball is for girls from 6u to 14u. Early bird registration will open in May and the program will run from August through October.
FALL RECREATIONAL Tee Ball
Our Fall Tee Ball Program is for boys and girls ages 3 years and 4 years old. The program is intended to introduce the fundamentals of Baseball/Softball in a safe and fun environment.
Premier Baseball
Premier Baseball program is for advanced level recreational players looking for a competitive environment. Premier Baseball is open to Spring 2026 rec players and participation is tryout based. Premier Baseball is a year round program, starting in Fall 2026 and ending in July 2027.
SELECT BASEBALL
Take your game to the next level with Justin Select Baseball! Our competitive AA program is built for experienced players ready to grow and compete. We offer 12U, 13U and 14U teams, combining high-level play with an affordable commitment. Each season features six TEBA doubleheaders, plus four spring tournaments and a World Series run. With dedicated practice fields and all games are played across the greater DFW area, Justin Select is where development meets competition.
